Visited during lunch on a Friday, and was very pleased to find exactly what I was looking for! Chose a great beer, a dark hefe from Germany, and a Camembert cheese starter. The starter was excellent. It consists of lightly battered Camembert cheese served with lemon slices and a berry jelly. The menu does not specify that the cheese is fried, but it came as a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended! My main course was a roasted lamb on the bone served with bacon green beans and fried sliced potatoes. All were excellent, and came from the specials offered by the server. I was also considering a roasted duck special, but accepted the server's recommendation for the lamb. The meat was a little overdone, but tasty nonetheless. Service was a little slower than I'd like, especially considering that there was never more than one other table at the same time as me. However, the server did anticipate my needs effectively and I was never waiting for more than a few minutes. Food was cooked and served at appropriate times, and the serving sizes are generous but not outrageous.

This restaurant is AMAZING. Like being transported to Bavaria. The atmosphere is classic elegance, the wait staff is friendly and helpful and the food is out of this world. Don't worry if it's a long drive. I met a couple from Sun City West who are "regulars". They said the drive is well worth it. 😎

German, European, International food experience. A good one at that! Sausage & sauces made by chef, who came out to greet us. Very kind gesture. No one at our table was dissatisfied with the food. I loved the sausage. The decore was so quaint. Enjoyed this first visit. Won't be my last!

1 star is too much. The waitress scolded us for not having reservations on a Saturday night, yet said she could set our party of 7 within 15-20 minutes. She told us our party to include three older age teens could wait in the "pub." We paid for the sodas we drank and processed to wait for 40 minutes with no call to be seated. We checked several times with the hostess about our table who could only say "we're working on it." She should have never told us she could seat us in the first place. We left and had a nice meal at the Wild Berry restaurant across the parking lot. Fast, prompt and friendly service. Great food too.

Nothing lasts forever. It used to be very good food. The quality has definitely went down hill
